Graceheart Studio Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of services offered by Graceheart Studio — including ceremony writing, officiant services, photography, and videography - all bookings are considered custom work.

Deposits are non-refundable after 7 days of the initial meeting, which does secure your date and planning time. Refunds for completed services are not available. In the event of cancellation, rescheduling options may be offered at the discretion of Graceheart Studio, subject to availability and notice provided.

All refund and cancellation terms will be clearly outlined in individual service agreements prior to confirmation.
